Key takeaways

  • Games on Mayavoo run in the browser, with nothing to install.
  • Creators upload static builds of their games.
  • Admins review each version before players can see it.

Mayavoo is a place to find and play browser games. Every game runs in a tab, with no download and no launcher.

For players

Anyone can browse the catalog, pick a game and start playing. Everything in the catalog has been through review.

For creators

Creators upload a static build of their game: the HTML, JavaScript and assets that make it run. Mayavoo hosts the build and serves it to players.

Review before release

An admin reviews each version before it goes live, so players only see games that someone has checked.
