Key takeaways

  • Click View Usage in the model selector to see weekly and five-hour limits remaining for Gemini and for Claude and GPT models.
  • Google AI Pro and Ultra quotas refresh every five hours, other plans weekly, as of November 6, 2026.
  • Pro and Ultra users can buy AI credits, and the AI Credit Overages setting (Never or Always) controls when they are used.

To check your Google Antigravity usage, open the model selector under the conversation prompt box and click View Usage. It shows how much of your five-hour and weekly limits is left for each group of models, as percentages. Google's plans page also says you can view baseline quota usage across models on the Settings page. This is how the docs describe it as of November 6, 2026.

How to check your Antigravity usage

  1. Open a conversation in Antigravity.
  2. Find the model selector menu under the conversation prompt box, the same menu you use to pick a model.
  3. Click View Usage.

The models docs say the panel has two groups: Gemini models, and Claude and GPT models. Each group shows two lines, "Weekly Limit Remaining" and "Five Hour Limit Remaining". In the docs' example, every line reads 100%.

For a second view, open the Settings page. The plans docs say baseline quota usage across models is shown there.

What the numbers mean

Antigravity has a baseline quota, and how it refreshes depends on your plan. As of November 6, 2026, the plans page lists:

Plan Baseline quota Refresh
Google AI Ultra The highest quota, plus the highest weekly rate limits and access to third-party models Every five hours
Google AI Pro A high quota, with a higher weekly rate limit than non-Pro plans Every five hours, until the weekly limit is reached
Other plans A meaningful quota with a weekly rate limit Weekly

The docs give no prompt counts or token amounts for any plan. Google says baseline rate limits are mainly set by available capacity, and that they follow the work the agent does: simple tasks give you more prompts, and complex tasks use more quota. It also says usage limits are subject to change. That is why the percentages in View Usage are the number to watch, not a fixed prompt count.

How to check AI credits and overages

Google AI Pro and Ultra users can buy AI credits, or use promotional credits, once the baseline quota runs out. Credits are billed at standard Gemini Enterprise consumption pricing. You can buy them at one.google.com/ai/credits.

The AI Credit Overages setting decides what happens when a model's baseline quota is used up:

  • Never: credits are not used automatically. You wait for the baseline quota to refresh.
  • Always: credits are used whenever the baseline quota is exhausted. The agent goes back to baseline quota when it refreshes.

If you do not want to pay for extra usage, set it to Never.

What the docs don't say

  • The models docs do not say when each limit resets, and the View Usage panel in the docs' example shows no reset time. The changelog mentions a "quota reset time" in the model selector (version 2.14.0, September 15, 2026), so your build may show one. Check what yours displays.
  • Enterprise and Business accounts have no per-model quotas, and the usage panel was removed from the model selector for them in version 2.13.0 (September 9, 2026).
  • Bring-your-own-key or endpoint for extra rate limits is not supported, and neither are organizational tiers through a custom contract.

The Antigravity changelog shows the usage display has been tuned several times. Version 2.27.0 (October 26, 2026) fixed the list in the View Usage panel jumping while quota refreshed. Version 2.23.0 (October 12, 2026) fixed the AI credit overages setting appearing off after a reload. If a number looks wrong, update the app first.

Google says the baseline limits exist to prevent abuse and that complex tasks use more quota. Check View Usage before you start a long agent task, and again afterwards, so you can see what it cost you.

Frequently asked questions

Where do I see my Antigravity quota?

Open the model selector under the conversation prompt box and click View Usage. The plans docs also say baseline quota usage across models is shown on the Settings page.

How often does the Antigravity quota reset?

Per the plans page, Google AI Ultra refreshes every five hours, Google AI Pro every five hours until the weekly limit is reached, and other plans weekly.

Can I pay for more Antigravity usage?

Google AI Pro and Ultra users can buy AI credits or use promotional credits after the baseline quota runs out, billed at standard Gemini Enterprise consumption pricing.

How do I stop Antigravity from spending my credits?

Set the AI Credit Overages setting to Never. Credits are then not used automatically and you wait for the baseline quota to refresh.
